We purchased our EarthRoamer XV-LT in the spring of 2014. For the 10 years prior to that we owned a 2005 Ford F350 6.0L diesel 4×4 pickup truck with an Artic Fox slide-in truck camper.
Our Beast is a 2008 EarthRoamer XV-LT, number 073, which means ours was the 73rd EarthRoamer to roll off the production line. The LT is the shorter version of the EarthRoamer line, with a length of 23′ (for the crew cab version). We selected this size because it was a length we were used to with our previous camper. Anything longer we felt limited the off-road capability of the vehicle. We purchased it in like-new condition with only 14k miles on it.
If you see an EarthRoamer on the road with a California license plate URTH RMR…say hello!
